POSITION OVERVIEW — ASSISTANT MANAGER :

The Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting daily operations, leading by example, and helping the team deliver an outstanding guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, values teamwork, and shares our commitment to quality, experience and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee shifts, coach and motivate team members, manage operations and ensure our high standards are met with every salad we serve.  In return, we provide opportunities for growth and development, flexible & balanced work schedules and competitive pay & benefits — because we believe in promoting from within and developing future leaders of our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Support the General Manager in daily operations and decision making
  • Foster a positive, team oriented environment that reflects our brand values
  • Lead, train, and coach team members to deliver excellent guest service
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and inventory control
  • Handle shift management, including opening & closing responsibilities
  • Provide problem solving and conflict resolution support when needed
  • Contribute to achieving KPI goals and operational company targets
  • Accurately manage POS system functions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth order flow
  • Use technology platforms (online ordering, delivery apps, scheduling software) effectively
  • Oversee catering and online orders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional guest experience
  • Manage paper goods ordering and inventory to ensure proper stock levels and cost control

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Previous management experience in restaurant, food service, or retail
  • Strong work ethic with a hands on, lead by example approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team focused environment
  • Commitment to upholding food safety and brand standards
  • Desire to grow into larger leadership roles within the company
  • Competent computer skills
